ICS is a management tool used by The Salvation Army and other emergency responders to command, control and coordinate disaster relief operations.
In this course, you will learn about some of the key roles and resposibilities of Salvation Army disaster workers and how they work together to support one another during an emergency.
This is a comprehensive course and is goes into much greater detail than other agency's ICS courses. This course is recommended for all Salvation Army officers, EDS volunteers, state and local disaster workers, as well as police, fire and other 1st responders that might be involved in a large scale emergency or disaster.
Certificates of completion, refreshments and lunch will be available to all participants who successfully complete this training.
